KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police on Monday were still looking for people involved in a shooting outside a downtown Kansas City dance club that left three people injured, including one who was shot by an off-duty police officer.
Off-duty officers arrived to Club Luna, 1520 Grand Blvd., just before 3 a.m. Sunday.
Two people had been shot and a suspect pointed his gun at officers, according to a statement from the Kansas City Police Department.
The suspect was listed Sunday in serious condition. The two others who were injured had non life-threatening injuries, police said.
Witnesses said they heard more than a dozen gunshots. Investigators marked off spots where they located more than 20 bullets.
