One dead, one in custody after stabbing

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A 19-year-old man is dead and another teenager is in custody after a stabbing Sunday night at or near a Kansas City north apartment complex.
A police dispatcher confirmed that officers were called to the area of Parvin Road and Belaire Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday on a reported stabbing. The white male stabbing victim died, while the suspect turned himself in at local police station some time later.
Police have not yet identified either of the two men involved in the altercation, nor have they released other details of the incident.
