KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One man was killed in a Tuesday night shooting in Kansas City, Mo.
The shooting occurred on the 9400 block of Cleveland just before 9:30 p.m. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police say they have suspect in custody, who told officers he shot the victim in self-defense.
If this is ruled a homicide, it will be the 74th this year -- a five-year low.
