OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - The Overland Park police department is seeking the public’s help to find a suspect who violently robbed a Radio Shack.
Around 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3, a man entered the Radio Shack at 6945 W. 75 th St demanding money. According to a clerk that was working, the man brandished a handgun and struck the employee. The clerk opened the register and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a male, whose race is unknown. He is around 5 foot 6 inches tall with a slender build. He was wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, a blue shirt and yellow sweat pants. He also had a red and white wrestling mask that covered his face and he was wearing gloves. The suspect left on foot.

The clerk suffered minor injuries.
