According to court documents, a witness reported a man, later identified as Lambert, running through the Timber Park neighborhood around 6:20 a.m. Tuesday.
The witness told police she saw the man standing on a plastic lawn chair peering into the bathroom window of a home in the neighborhood. She wrote down his license plate number, which is how law enforcement officials tracked him down.
If convicted of attempted invasion of privacy, Lambert, 39, faces up to 15 days in jail or a fine up to $300. If convicted of trespass, he could be fined $200.
He was released on a $2,500 cash bond, which his wife paid on Tuesday.
