KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in Kansas City, Mo., Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say it happened around 2:30 p.m. at 40th Street and Wabash Avenue.
One victim was shot in the back and is suffering life-threatening injuries, according to police.
The suspect was seen driving a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
