KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Police are looking into two gas station robberies early Thursday, and say the suspect descriptions are similar.
The first happened at a Merriam 7-Eleven in the 6800 block of Antioch Road at about 3:45 a..m.
Police say two men, both carrying guns, robbed the store and ran away.
The second robbery happened a little more than an hour later in Kansas City, Kan.
According to KCK police dispatch, two armed men robbed a Fast Stop at the corner of 55th Street and Swartz Road.
In both robberies, the suspects were described as a man in a baseball cap and black jersey and a man in a neon green bandanna and hooded sweatshirt.
