KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two people are in the hospital after a shooting in Kansas City Tuesday morning that reportedly stemmed from an argument.
Police were called to 49th Terrace and Flora after a suspicious party was seen with a gun, according to a news release from KCPD. By the time they arrived, the call was updated to a shooting.
Two people were injured, and left the scene before police arrived. Police found one victim at 56th and Tracy, and the other at 53rd and Troost.
All injuries are non-life threatening, according to authorities.
Initial reports indicated that there were multiple shooting scenes. However, police now believe the shooting was a result of an argument between two people in a car parked in the 5000 block of Flora.
