KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Prosecutors announced charges Thursday against two more people in connection to a home invasion and shooting that left three people dead and a child injured.

Raul Soto, 22 and Bobby Jo Phillips, 37, were charged with three counts each of first-degree murder, one count of first-degree assault and four counts of armed criminal action.
Two other men, Antonio Cervantes III and Kevin M. Finley, were charged Wednesday.
According to court documents, Soto and Phillips accompanied Cervantes, 32, and Finley, 23, to 1505 S. Pope in Independence, Mo., in the early morning hours of Nov. 16.
Tomas Dominguez, his girlfriend Maria Hernandez and her son, Antonio Hernandez, were all killed in the home invasion and shooting. The fourth victim, a 13-year-old boy, was seriously injured.
