Ridgeway's great-grandmother Donna Moss said she is relieved a suspect has been identified, but is angry the crime was committed.

"I don't think I can look at this person into his face and not be judgmental," Donna Moss said after the arrest was announced Wednesday. "I think it's all I've got within me not to want to just burn him, and I mean burn him."
