OVERLAND PARK, Kan - A suspect was arrested shortly after an Overland Park bank robbery Monday morning, the FBI said.
The robbery occurred around 10:10 a.m. at Bank of the West, 9400 Antioch.
The unidentified suspect ran away from the bank headed west, according to the FBI.
An Overland Park police officer stopped a car shortly afterward, based on a suspect description, and took one person into custody.
The FBI did not immediately release any further details on the bank robbery.
