Woman found with gunshot wound to back in Kansas City, Mo.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police said a woman was shot in the back just before 4 a.m. in the 9200 block of N.E. Paw Paw. Police believe the woman then took a vehicle to the 11000 block of N. Stark, where authorities found her.
Police arrested the woman's boyfriend for the crime, but said the pair was not cooperating with the investigation.
A roommate was asleep when the couple came home. Shots fired the roommate. Police said the woman's boyfriend tried to rush her to the hospital, but wrecked on the way. That's when police arrived and called for an ambulance for the woman.
