KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The search for the woman who helped her brother escape from the Wyandotte County Courthouse ended Wednesday when she surrendered to police.

Tuesday, the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for Barbara Ingram for obstructing apprehension.

Officers believe Barbara Ingram was driving the getaway car when her brother Robert Ingram ran out of the courthouse after his probation was revoked on March 2.

Just before 2 p.m. Wednesday, Lt. Kelli Bailiff with the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Department said Barbara Ingram just turned herself into police.
