EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo. - An elementary school in the Excelsior Springs, Mo., District is dismissing early on Wednesday because of a water issue.
Louis Elementary School will let students out at 11:53 a.m. because the school has no water. District officials said there was a problem with the pumps on a water tower.
The district will run regular school bus routes to get students home.
