KANSAS CITY, Mo. - There will be students again in an old Kansas City School building.

The school district and Hogan Preparatory Academy agreed on a plan to move students from the Hogan Preparatory Academy Middle School to the former Pinkerton Elementary, according to a news release from the Kansas City Public Schools.

The elementary school is located at 6409 Agnes Ave., and has been closed for three years.

The new middle school will open in the fall.

"Hogan Prep is so excited about the possibilities this new building brings to our district,'' Danny Tipton, superintendent of Hogan Preparatory Academy, said in the news release. "It will allow us to better serve students in the neighborhoods where we are located.''
