KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Kansas City Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department want you to be on the lookout for people who are damaging city cars.
Someone vandalized 32 city vehicles Saturday morning just outside of the Neighborhood Preservation Division Facility in the 4900 block of Swope Parkway.
Twenty-seven batteries were stolen out of the vehicles and 31 windows were broken.
