GRANDVIEW, Mo. - The Grandview Police Department has a new K9, and they need help naming it.
He's a 12-month-old Belgian Malinois and is being trained in both narcotics detecting and patrol duties.
He'll help look for missing people, find evidence and catch criminals.
But so far he doesn't have a name. So the department is holding a contest to name him. If you have an idea, email the department at suggestions@ci.grandview.mo.us .
What do you think he should be named? Join the conversation on KSHB.com/Facebook.
