KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Public input meetings began Friday on the future of Interstate 70 in Kansas City, Mo.

MODOT came up with three plans for improvements from The Paseo to Blue Ridge Cutoff.

Improvements could include changing ramp lengths, working on tight curves and consolidating some interchanges that are close to one another.

MODOT plans on holding four more meetings through the month.

Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Pioneer Community College, 2700 E. 18th St., Kansas City, Mo. 

Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at St. Paul School of Theology, 5123 E. Truman Rd., Kansas City, Mo. 

Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, 4:30-6:30 p.m., at Linwood Family YMCA, 3800 E. Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, Mo.

Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, 8-10 a.m., Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, Mo.
