KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The City of Kansas City, Mo., is advising residents that www.kcmo.org and City data servers are experiencing an outage.

This is the second time this week the city's website has gone down.

The problem is due to reoccurring hardware malfunctions, according to officials.

In an attempt to permanently resolve this reoccurring issue, data is being migrated to a new system.

It is anticipated that this process will last through the weekend.

Residents who normally pay water bills online are being advised to use the telephone payment option. This option can be accessed by dialing 311 and selecting option one.
