KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A car crashed into the rear of school bus Friday morning when the bus stopped at a railroad crossing in Kansas City.
Police said 48 students and their bus driver avoided injuries.
The bus made its required stop at a railroad crossing on Front Street east of Chouteau Trafficway .
A car behind the bus did not stop and drove under the bus, police said.
The woman driving the car was not trapped nor injured.
The students were taken off the bus and put on another bus to continue on their way.
