KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Crews spent Tuesday morning battling a house fire in Kansas City, Mo.
The one-story house is near 46th and South Benton Avenue, east of Prospect.
The first crews on the scene found smoke coming from the roof. Skytracker video shows heavy flames in the back of the house.
The fire hydrant in front of the house did not work, so crews had to use water from two pumper trucks to battle the fire. Later a commander at the scene called for another truck to run a line from a working hydrant about a block away.
No one was injured.
