KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Thousands of tween girls are packing into the Sprint Center to see boy band One Direction play on Friday night.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m., but fans have been lined up outside for hours, despite the blazing summer heat.
The intensity of these so-called “Directioners” is hard to rival and because of the expected mayhem, some roads in the area will be closed.
Grand Boulevard from 13th Street to Truman Road is closed and will remain so until after the concert.
If you’re dropping someone off or picking someone up, use Oak Street on the east side of the Sprint Center.
