Fire breaks out at Kansas City apartment building

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Fire crews are working to put out a blaze at a two-story apartment building in Kansas City, Mo.
The fire was reported a little before 12:30 p.m. at a building in the 2300 block of Montgall.
