KANSAS CITY, Mo. - First, there was silence. Then, the sound of a woman’s screams snapped Paul Mongiello into action.
Now, Mongiello’s story of courage will be told to a national audience.

Mongiello, investigator Ryan Kath and Doug Dodson, an employee inside the restaurant at the time of the explosion, will all be featured in a Friday segment about the massive JJ’s explosion. It aired at 9 p.m. on your 41 Action News station.
