KANSAS CITY, Missouri - Kansas City, Mo., Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the driver of a vehicle that struck and injured a pedestrian about 1 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 27th and Olive streets.

The injured person, who has yet to be identified by police, was taken to the hospital by ambulance in critical condition.

There was no description of the vehicle that struck the person.
