OLATHE, Kan. - Homeowners in Johnson Co., Kan., will have the chance to learn about the spread of Emerald Ash Borer.
The tree-killing bug has been confirmed in the county.
Johnson County K-State Research and Extension is offering a class later this week to teach homeowners the risks of the Emerald Ash Borer hurting their trees.
The free class will be held Thursday, September 19, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Extension office located at 11811 S. Sunset Drive in Olathe.
