KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City Mayor Sly James will give his State of the City Address Tuesday morning.
This will be James’ second State of the City Address since taking office in May 2011.
The address is slated for 11 a.m. at Gem Theater in the 18th and Vine Jazz District.
James will be joined by members of the City Council.
