KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City police are investigating a body found in a ditch. Police said no foul play is suspected.
Police said the body was found in the 300 block of Blue Ridge Blvd. Authorities have not confirmed an identity, but said a 92-year-old man is a regular at a nearby bar and did not get home last night.
