KANSAS CITY, Missouri - What some may think is minor vandalism, will cost Kansas City hundreds of dollars to repair.
Overnight Saturday, someone poured soap into the sea horse fountain along Ward Parkway near Meyer Boulevard.
As you can see in the picture, it caused quite a bubbly mess, and the fountain will now be shut off till Tuesday.
The city says it will cost about $1,000 to repair the damage.
