KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A missing Kansas City man was found overnight Thursday near 87th and Blue Ridge.
Police were looking for Raymond E. Burgett, 53. Burgett was last seen on Sept. 9 near 111th and Applewood Drive.
Burgett reportedly has a diminished mental capacity and was in need of medication. Police said he is in good health and back home with his family.
