KANSAS CITY, Missouri - The Latino Advocacy Taskforce held a prayer service Wednesday night in support of the family of John Paul Garcia who was murdered in the early morning hours on Aug. 8, at the corner of Mercier and Avenida Cesar E Chavez.
John Paul, 28, leaves behind his wife Selena, loving family, and many friends.
The prayer service took place at 8:30 p.m. at the corner of Mercier and Avenida Cesar E Chavez.
