KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The driver involved in a crash Monday night on Interstate 435 has died. Police have identified him as Robert C. Evans of Raytown, Mo.
Police tell 41 Action News the 71-year-old man ran off the road near Front Street around 10 p.m.
He slammed into an abandoned car on the side of the road.
The man died at the hospital overnight from his injuries.
His identity has not been released.
