KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Internal documents obtained by 41 Action News show the latest efforts by St. Luke's Health Systems to cut $100 million from its budget by 2015.

A restructured PTO plan was implemented Monday. Employees now receive two to three days less per year compared to the previous plan.
The move is expected to save $6 million, in one of more than 100 tactics St. Luke's is in the process of implementing.
They say it's a long process to better prepare them for the future.
