KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Mayor Sly James' office has devised a new way to help fund a proposed streetcar line in Kansas City, Mo.

A new website has been created to encourage people to donate to the effort - in exchange for receiving different perks around the city.

So far, the mayor's office has not said exactly what those perks would be. The site is set to launch in July.

The proposed two-mile streetcar line would stretch from River Market to Crown Center.

You can visit the new website at www.neighbor.ly
