KANSAS CITY, Mo. - UPDATE: The accident was cleared just after 7 p.m.

Kansas City Police and Fire are working an accident near 108th and N. Oak Trafficway on Monday night.
The intersection is closed while authorities investigate what happened. At least one person was extricated from a vehicle.
Three ambulances were sent to the scene. Authorities said the injuries were serious, but not considered life-threatening.
