KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One person is dead after an accident in an underground parking lot at Union Station.
Police said a man was driving into the garage and pulled over to pay for a spot. When the elderly man leaned over, police said the car jerked forward.
The man became trapped between the car frame and the car door. He died at the scene.
There were two juvenile passengers in the car with the man.
