OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - The Sleepyhead Beds organization is holding it's annual bed drive on Saturday, January 28th from 9 a. m to 12 p. m in Overland Park at 8820 Bond Street.

The organization was founded in 2010 to help children get a comfortable night sleep.  Over 5,000 children in the KC Metro area go to sleep every night without a bed of their own.

The organization is asking anyone with a slightly used mattress, bedding, new pillows, to donate them to the organization so the items can be donated to needs children.

If you cannot make it to the bedding drive on the 28th and have a mattress to donate, please contact Melissa at (816) 547-9965 or melissa@sleepyheadbeds.org.  She can schedule a pick up.

All donations are tax deductible.
