Overturned truck closes lanes on I-70 WB past Main in downtown loop

KANSAS CITY, Missouri - An overturned cement truck shut down two lanes on westbound I-70 past Main on the north side of the downtown Kansas City loop for about two hours Friday.
The wreck happened around 4:30 p.m.
Two other vehicles may have also been involved in the wreck.
The driver of the cement truck had to be extricated, but the extent of his injuries is not yet known.
Another driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The two right lanes on westbound I-70 were re-opened by 6:30 p.m.
