KANSAS CITY, Missouri - Kansas City Police spent the overnight hours telling teens who gathered in Mill Creek Park on the Plaza to go home.

Police said most were under the age of 18 and were violating the city’s midnight curfew law for juveniles.

Teen crowds have been a concern for police since earlier this summer when a flash mob of over 700 teens created chaos on the Plaza.

They were harassing people as they ate and pushed a girl into a fountain.

The group also attacked one man leaving him with severe injuries.

Two people have been charged in that attack.
