KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Area roads have reopened after an explosion caused a massive fire that levels JJ's Restaurant on Tuesday.

Only 48th Street between Roanoke and Belleview remains closed. That is the area directly in front of where JJ's once stood.

Authorities have asked that people avoid that area as the investigation and clean-up effort continues.
