KANSAS CITY, Missouri - A Kansas City neighborhood is trying to get help solving a stinky situation.
A sewer is leaking near 40th and Warwick.
The city says it’s a privately owned sewer and tells NBC Action News it will issue a nuisance abatement order.
The city tells the sewer's owner to repair the leak or the city will step in and give the owner the bill.
The city says it will be a few days before the problem is fixed.
