KANASAS CITY, Missouri - There's going to be a new ReStore opening in the old Mar-Beck Appliance building in Waldo.

ReStore recycles donated home and building supplies and offers them at discount prices. There is already a ReStore at 4701 Deramus, but they hope the new location will be more convenient for a greater number of homeowners.

The store's profits go to its affiliated organization, Habitat for Humanity, which builds affordable housing for low income families. So the stores help keep material out of the landfill, make affordable supplies available to homeowners and help fund affordable housing for families.

They expect the new store to attract hundreds of shoppers daily.
