KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two people are dead after an Aug. 11 accident at 31st and Euclid in Kansas City, Mo.
Authorities said Thomas G. Salistean, 39, of Omaha died on Monday at an area hospital. He was driving a Ford Mustang involved in a crash.
A passenger in the Mustang also died. Police said Elvia P. Walters, 36, of Lee’s Summit was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe a white Chevrolet Cruze T-boned the Mustang. The driver of the Cruze reportedly fled the scene on foot after the crash. A passenger in the Cruze suffered non-life threatening injuries and was admitted to an area hospital.
