Christian pole-dancing students say classes help them connect with God

OLD TOWN SPRING, Texas - Women in the Houston area are feeling a spiritual connection to Jesus…through pole dancing.
The class is held once a month and is called Pole Fitness for Jesus.
The Best Shape of your Life studio in Old Town Spring, Texas sets the class to Christian music on the second Sunday of every month.
“I do feel a spiritual connection whenever you have the music on," pole-dancing student Tiffany Booth said. "And it’s singing about lifting you up and being close to God. You do feel that.”
Instructor Crystal Dean says people shouldn’t pass judgment on this class, saying “that doesn’t make you a good Christian when you judge other people.”
The first 11 women who bring in their church program to the monthly class can attend for free.
Dean doesn't charge because says she doesn’t want to make a profit on God.
