When confronted by police, Tanen allegedly began fighting with officers and firefighters.
According to court documents, University police also received calls Tanen entered two dorms and exposed himself to at least three female students.
He pulled one of them to the ground on top of him, making sexual movements with his body.
Tanen then fled the room and pulled the fire alarm.
He was later taken to the hospital and admitted taking LSD and pulling the fire alarm.
Tanen was not sure why he was wondering around naked or why he entered the victim’s dorm rooms, but said he was “on a trip” from drugs.
