WASHINGTON - A teacher in Washington is taking his support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month to a whole new level.
Robbie Robinson bet his students they couldn't sell 20 pounds of candy for their school's fall festival. If they did, he promised he'd dye his beard pink.
If they sold 45 pounds, he'd dye his hair and eyebrows too.
They ended up selling 46 pounds of candy.
"I believe that kids are the keys to success. I believe that they will make the changes that are necessary in the future, and everything that I can do to convince them, make them interested in school, make them try harder, I’m willing to do as an educator,” Robinson said.
Robinson said he'll do anything he can do to motivate his students or congratulate them for accomplishing their goals.
