Viral video of eagle grabbing baby is fake

A viral video of an eagle grabbing a child and trying to carry him away is a fake.

In less than a day, millions watched this video of what appeared to be a baby almost carried away from a Canadian park.

It was so unbelievable experts scrutinized every frame and figured out it was fake.

The video was created by four design students hoping to get a good mark on their final project.

"We all look up and say ‘no way!’ It's like, on the front page of YouTube. It's in all the journals, like the press. It's kind of a big shock for all of us."

Their assignment was to create a video with 3D effects and have it go viral.

For their teacher, that meant 100,000 views. But the video reached far more views than 100,000.
