KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One of America's most beloved political couples made a stop in Kansas City.
Political analysts James Carville and Mary Matalin spoke at the Folly Theater on Tuesday night, as part of the American Red Cross Genevieve Byrne Speaker Series.
Carville and Matalin gave the audience an entertaining look into today's political issues, including this year's presidential race.
"I think I'd rather it be President Obama than Mitt Romney, but I wouldn't be shocked if Romney won. I think it's that close," Carville said.
Over the course of 13 years, the Genevieve Byrne event has helped raise more than $2.5 million to benefit the American Red Cross.
