Last day to register to vote in Kansas is October 16

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - If you live in Kansas and have not registered to vote, Oct. 16 is your last day to register if you want to cast a ballot in the November election.

Kansas residents must register if you are voting for the first time, if you have changed your name or if you have moved to another voting jurisdiction since the last election.

You can register at the local Election Board offices until 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
