ROELAND PARK, Kan. - Roeland Park has new council member.
Approximately 59 percent of voters picked Becky Fast.
She fills a vacancy left by a resignation.
Fast will oversee Ward 1.
She will take officer after the Johnson County Election Board certifies the votes.
